Protecting client data is one of our top priorities. As part of an upcoming security enhancement, the email option for receiving one‑time passcodes (OTPs) will no longer be supported for NetXInvestor logins.
To ensure continued access and to help safeguard sensitive information, please update your NetXInvestor OTP delivery method toSMS/TextorVoice Call.
How to Update OTP Settings in NetXInvestor
- Log in toNetXInvestor(web or mobile app)
- Navigate toSecurity Settings
- You may be prompted to verify your password
- Review yourOTP delivery method
- SetSMS/TextorVoice Callas your default method
- Remove Emailas an OTP method if it is currently listed
- Confirm your phone number is correct
- Saveyour changes

A one‑time passcodes (OTP) is required for each login. Please ensure Email is not selected as the OTP delivery method to maintain continued access to NetXInvestor. Updating your OTP method now will help prevent login issues and access delays in the coming weeks.
