CIRstatements UPDATE!

Fox Financial Advisors is pleased to share some news about an enhancement to CIRStatements that was implemented April 28. CIRStatements has historically used the Albridge Wealth Reporting offering. Albridge was folded into BNY Pershing, and BNY Pershing has upgraded the current system to the Wove platform in partnership with Cambridge, our broker-dealer. You will continue to use CIRStatements, while seeing some enhanced features and functionality including a more intuitive and secure experience. See below for additional information.
What’s Changing?
- New Login Process: Your new username will be your email address, rather than a unique user ID. Each client must use their own, unique email (no shared emails).
Please note: you will need to have your CIRStatements user ID on hand during the initial login process in order to ensure your data is synched properly.
- Enhanced Security: Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) will be utilized for better data protection.
- New Interface: The Wove Investor interface offers a user‐friendly experience with enhanced collaboration features and self‐service tools for easier account management. Mobile App: The mobile app is no longer accessible as of April 28, 2025, and a new app is planned for release in the future. The new experience is mobile responsive to be used on devices of different sizes.
